Costs & Space Optimization Service (CSOS)

The CSOS program is one of our customers’ most sought-after services. CSOS offers you a unique customized evaluation of your space and packaging requirements. Mitchel-Lincoln’s tactical team will assess your transportation methods and storage facilities and conduct strength and humidity analysis of your warehousing system. Our experts will advise you on packaging materials, durable box design, stacking and efficient palletizing, and they will detect over-packaging, if present. The final CSOS report will suggest cost-saving alternatives and modifications, and provide methods for optimizing space usage, maximizing efficiency, and improving sustainability.

Hardware and software/Equipment

We operate a 66” x 119” Kongsberg cutting table allowing us to produce samples effectively and quickly with a high degree of accuracy.

The 52” x 80” sheet polymer exposure table, and a 30” x 48” liquid polymer exposure table enable us to produce high quality printing plates in a short time at very competitive prices. Our customers benefit from our experienced design team and our know-how to create various concepts of packaging and display units, utilizing Esko Graphics ArtiosCad 3D software.
